Coming from a chefs family (grand parents and parents )cooking is in my DNA.
Although trained in a classical french repertoire I am very much aware of other inflences such as japonese indian Middle eastern trends.
I am currently studying nutrition therefore I am very cautious about a well balanced ,plant based diet sourcing local and seasonal products.
