I trained in both Cuisine and Patisserie at L’Ecole Ferrandi in Paris and worked at Frederic Simonin and Restaurant Astrance in Paris. I am the Chef/Owner of my own restaurant in China, and will soon open a new restaurant in Nice. I am passionate about working with excellent produce, expressing pure flavors and elevating them.
