I enjoy cooking for clients and helping to create a memorable experience for them.
I am a professional chef with over 20 years in hospitality. I trained in traditional French cooking in Strasbourg, France, where I worked in Les Haras, Le Relais de la Poste, L'Auberge sur l'Isle, and at the Idle Rocks in Cornwall.
I have also managed my own luxury Chambre d'Hôtes in the south of France as well as many years working in restaurants in the US.
