Private Chef In Saint-TropezI was born & raised in the south of France, and have been cooking since a young age with my aunt & uncle.
With culinary training in French cuisine, my repertoire ranges from contemporary to traditional.
Due to my passion for travel, food & photography, which takes me to the most amazing places, I developed a deep crush on southeast-Asia.
As a result of this, my cooking experienced a strong pan-Asian influence as well.
The last 12 years I was tangled between Private chefing on yachts and in villas as well as working in top-end
restaurants on all 5 continents.
Three years ago I fell in love with Colombia and opened my Bistro "Home Sweet Home" in Bogota.
Now I am back in Europe, going back and forth between London & the Cote d'Azur to provide my services and delight the guests.
