Chef and owner of yafo restaurant and experienced pastry chef mostly Mediterranean cuisine
Born in Israel I came to France in 2010 to study pastry at école national supérieure de la patisserie by Alain Ducasse ,work for Ladurée,prince des Galles 5* and was head of carme pastry shop and restaurant in Israel .now chef and owner of yafo restaurant in Paris.
I specialize mainly in Mediterranean cuisine more friendly and family style but can also do a 5-9 course menu .
I have allot of experience in french cuisine as well for; the best schools and work Establishments France as to offer
