I am a profesional chef. I have 10 years cooking experience, I was working in London and helping with food prep and service in Downing street Nr.10 and Nr.11, After years of freelancing I left London to live in S.France. Where I was working on the boats. Most jobs cooking for Russians and stew jobs. My next period of cooking was in Antigua where I used to live with my husband and after in villa as cook for the family 3 years in S. France,
Since then I have completed CAP cuisine french cooking degree. Les Etoiles et Les Femmes, started by Alain Ducasse french famous chef,
I have experience in gastronomic restaurant and vegan, bio, gluten free cooking last year.
