With 8 years of professional excellence, including stints at the Michelin-starred Eden Roc in Cap d'Antibes, 6 years running a successful catering company in St. Barth, 4 years as head chef on superyachts over 50m, and as the executive chef of the Château de la Croix des Gardes in Cannes in 2023, I'm excited to bring my expertise to your super yacht, villa, or mansion.
