Passionate about people, food, and art, Just like music, food has a profound impact on our bodies and souls, creating moments of joy, connection, and cherished memories. Recognizing this I decided to stop my Law carrear and study and dedicate to cuisine

So I started my studies at Le Cordon Bleu and pos graduated in Brazilian Cuisine., with a lot of courses in food and beverage industry.

Brazil its a mix of cultures, add to that my Italian Family and my French degree you have a fusion of love and flavors.I belive all of theese bring a special touch to every dish.

Nowadays, after 5 stars Hotels,restaurants and catering companies, I Work around the world as a Private Chef in hight level enviroment, winter and summer season, villas and Chalets.

My belief is that the respect we show towards food reflects our appreciation for its origin. My culinary philosophy revolves around crafting distinctive, healthy meals from scratch, embracing a variety of cuisines.
