Meet Harry, a passionate self-taught chef based in southern France, specialising in French cuisine. He dedicated the early years of his career to travelling the world, exploring different cooking techniques and cuisines, from Canadian Inuit communities to remote villages in Sri Lanka, all in pursuit of one fundamental principle: authenticity.
With over 10 years of experience working in super-yachts, high-end restaurants, ski chalets, hotels and private villas, Harry is well-equipped to cater to events of all sizes, whether you are planning an intimate wedding or a large corporate gathering.
