Glory Kabe is an Afro vegan chef whose culinary journey is as global as it is heartfelt. Entirely self-taught, Glory’s path has taken her through cities like Dubai, Ghana, New York, Mexico, Berlin, London, Paris, and Brazil, infusing her cooking with rich, international influences that bring modern flair to African-inspired vegan cuisine.
Throughout her career, Glory has had the honor of collaborating with renowned brands such as Margiela, Nike, Jordan, Havana Club, Ruinart, We Are Ona, Moët & Chandon, Hennessy, and Nespresso. Recently, she showcased her creations on a global stage at COP16 in Colombia. But her journey began with a passion for making an impact through food, starting with her first pop-up event, self-produced with her project manager Tintin and Havana Club, which was such a success they recreated it in Berlin.
In addition to her brand collaborations, Glory has worked with schools and associations for kids around the world. She brings the same dedication to these projects, hoping to inspire young people to explore new flavors and healthy, plant-based choices.
As a former stewardess who once lived in Brazil, Glory’s experiences abroad have deepened her commitment to making Afro vegan cuisine a bridge between cultures. This commitment drives her current work on Panaf, a contemporary African restaurant concept launching at the Osaka Expo 2025 in Japan. She’s seeking investment to bring this vision to life, hoping to introduce the beauty of African cuisine to a wider audience.
Whether she’s hosting private dinners in Dakar, Mexico City, New York City, and Marseille or planning her upcoming pop-up in Salvador de Bahia for Black Consciousness Month, Glory’s focus is on creating memorable, soulful experiences. She also incorporates her personal wellness rituals emphasizing balance and nourishment in every dish.
Looking ahead, Glory plans to share her journey in her first book, set to release in 2025. From her kitchens in Paris and London to projects around the world, Glory Kabe is building a legacy that celebrates connection, culture, and the transformative power of food.
