My name is Gabi. I'm Czech. Born in Prague. I'm autodidact Chef with full skills about cooking. Creativity and Passion for the best thing, what life has to offer. In my personal life as in my professional career.

My enjoyment is to seeing the satisfy smile of my Clients after delicious meal. Best feedback, whats I can get is to have happy customers.

Since childhood I adore colorfully decorated plates. I was grew up on our farm in countryside, where my grandparents cultivated many types of vegetables, fruits, herbs and eating flowers. This shaped my personality and love for the products that Nature offers to us.

I learned traditional ways of cooking without the use of artificial flavorings. With maximum focus on seasonal, fresh and regional products. I believe that healthy pure food is our medicine. We are what we eat.

Following traditional and authentic recipes while creating a unique flavours that awakens all of the senses. Each meal is a new experience to be shared. In my style of International World Cuisine.

I'm working five years as a private Chef in Swiss /Verbier, Grans Montana/ France /Megeve, Chamonix/, Monaco. I'm following my clients around the World.

I specialize also on various of diets. Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo, Keto, Raw food. I chose meat from local farms. The quality and cleanliness of food is in the first place for me.

My meals are beautiful designed, professionally served, delicate and nutritionally balanced with family warmth.
