In 2018, Cuisine by FH becomes SASU Cuisine du Soleil, home chef and caterer

In 2015, I created my company Cuisine BY FH, home chef and caterer

In 2014, I joined the Mother Nature team in Saint-Laurent du Var as a must for gastronomes who want to combine flavors, organic traceability, vegetarian dishes and allergen-free cuisine. I am helping the restaurant to obtain the title of Maitre Restaurateurs - a title issued by the State to promote fully homemade cuisine in November 2014.

From 2011 to 2013, I entered the Hélios hotel in Méribel where I obtained 3 Michelin forks, members of tables and inns in France.

My experience has been forged in several Michelin star * and ** establishments of Relais & Châteaux in France and abroad, La ferme st Siméon in Honfleur, Le Cagnard, in Cagnes sur Mer, the Auberge des Templiers in Bézards and Le Choiseul in Amboise. On several occasions, I obtained 13/20 in Gault and Millau at Château de Chissay and 3 forks in the Michelin Guide at Hôtel Hélios.
