I'm a professional freelance chef, fully registered in France, with over 20 years hotel, restaurant and private chef experience around the world.

I've been cooking dinner for skiers and snowboarders in the 3 valleys for over 10 years.

I'm always learning, but I learnt the most at Tuckers Point in Bermuda, in restaurants on the Scottish and Cornish west coasts, and in rural France.

Lasagna! Beef is the standard, but chicken lasagna is delicious, as it a veggie lasagna with leek and mushroom bechamel and roasted seasonal veg through the tomato sauce!

Whats your favourite dessert? Tiramisu is the obvious one after a lasagna, but I can make whatever you like!!

If your still keen for dessert I would usually propose ice cream and sorbets after a big curry, but we could do something interesting like a cardamom creme brulee perhaps?
