After working as a humanitarian for many years, I'm returning to my first love, cooking and trying to bring a little happiness through it.
After studying at Sciences Po, I spent a long time working in the humanitarian sector, in Haiti, Madagascar, Chad and the Central African Republic.
But a few years ago, I returned to my first passion, cooking. After passing my CAP, I also trained in oenology by taking the WSET2.
I currently work in a bistronomic restaurant in Paris, in the 18ᵉ arrondissement, called Almanach. In addition to being a chef in an establishment, I would like to diversify by offering my cuisine at private events, in order to offer customers a more personalised experience of gastronomy (particularly French), in line with their specific tastes and expectations.
