Cooking is like a love story: sharing, the pleasure of giving pleasure and being authentic.

This passion was transmitted to me by my parents and grandparents with whom I discovered the flavors synonymous with childhood memories and good times shared with our loved ones.

I also had the privilege of perfecting myself with chefs such as: Christophe Michalak, Thierry Marx, Cyril Lignac, Antoine Heerah, Mikula Flora, Lionel Levy, Nicolas Masse.

That is why, today I propose to you to transmit my passion and tips of leaders during workshops (adults and children), dinners and evenings private or professional (seminars, animations, ...) realized at your place (Paris / Paris region and province) depending on the season and your budget.

Excellente expérience grace au chef Coutantic. Le jour J les plats étaient gastronomiques à tout point de vue (présentation, goût, accords) et la qualité du service et rangement sans rien à redire. Le chef était professionnel, attentif, organisé et cordial à la fois. Our Meal with Chef Laurent was great! The set up and communication before the event was easy and it was an easy process to craft a menu we were happy with together with him. We don't speak French but it was no problem to communicate in English and his English is also very good in person. He was on time, gave us a wonderful, delicious meal, including kid friendly options for our 3 little ones and best of all the kitchen was spotless when he left! An amazing experience that was a great addition to out trip to France. 10/10 would recommend Chef Laurent to anyone thinking of booking a meal with him.

We had an amazing private celebration at our Airbnb while in Paris with Chef Laurent. He was simply amazing. Got in, and took charge. We just enjoyed the evening away while listening to a violinist we have hired in our patio, and Chef Laurent started to bring us appetizers. Sit down dinner followed and it was amazing. All of these courses to be followed with the best chocolate mousse all of us ever experienced before. Thank you Chef Laurent.
