I am a passionate and innovative chef with over 6 years experience of culinary background, dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Proficient in a wide range of cuisines, I am committed to creating exquisite dishes that delight palates whilst maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety and presentation.

I have recently returned from Sydney where I was working at the hatted restaurant ‘NOMAD’ as chef de partie. I am now looking for more private catering work around the south west of France.
