I am profesional chef which has studied 2 schools. One in Czech republic and one in Switzerland in Luzern. I have started my job before 7 years in 2 michelin restaurant in France, Mougins. I was under Nicola Decherchi which had 2 michelin but it was only for practice. He offered me to come back when i finish school, but i decided to dicover more in my life. During my life i was working with chefs which was working for exmaple with Gordon Ramsey, Joel Robuchon, Marko Pierre White and other big people in gastronomy. Those chefs which was learning from the best they gave me the hardest school and now i am able to do incredible dishes. I was even in charge when i was 20 year old and it was just going better and better. All my chefs are big people now. Example one of them getted 1 michelin star and they was writing about him in Forbes, the other one has become private chef...
