My Name is Benjamin, after seeing trained by one of the best chef Gérard Viè in the Trianon Palace in Versailles, I have grown a passion and good skills to make sure to provide high level on cooking and service.

My carreer as a chef and General manager show that I am a trustful person to go with.

I have chosen to go back as a chef to fulfill my needs to give pleasure and happiness through my cuisine.

I realise on of my dream to run my own restaurant, I have been visited by th Gault et Millaud with a nice review, I had the fist page on the Local journal.
