J'ai appris la cuisine au Ritz Paris en 1996/1998.
J'ai cuisiné dans des restaurants étoilés Michelin à Paris, à Londres.
à travers le monde, Singapour, Istanbul, Dubaï,
De retour en France en 2019, j'ai commencé à travailler en tant que chef privé à Courchevel puis Saint Tropez.
Je suis actuellement disponible en France et international.
