I'm a creative, ambitious person who is passionate about cooking.

I am a chef with nearly 10 years of experience in Sweden, recently relocating to France to continue pursuing my passion for culinary arts. I am well-versed in a wide range of cuisines, very experienced on cooking vegan dishes and accommodating food allergies. Desserts are a personal favorite of mine to create, and I always strive to perfect the art of blending flavors and textures. Beyond the restaurant kitchen, I have extensive experience in catering and as a private chef, which has allowed me to provide personalized dining experiences. My philosophy is simple: using the best ingredients is key to delivering the best results.
