Private Chef In ToulouseCooking has been a passion of my life and I have been lucky enough to combine my two loves of travel and food, creating dishes inspired by people and places I’ve found along the way. In the UK I worked in a kitchen that used only its own produce from the surrounding land, this gave me a great appreciation for sustainable living and living by the seasons.
I’ve been a private chef on Yachts around the world, I create my own menus and dishes, using fresh and local ingredients, catering to a variety of palettes and dietaries.
I constantly strive to become a better chef; developing my skills and practicing techniques. I now live in Paris, at this time Take a Chef is a great platform to continue my work and passion.
