I am a professional chef and mixologist born in Moldova. Worked as a Cuisiner de Partie and Beer Sommelier in the biggest independent brewery of the Netherlands: The Jopenkerk, located in a unique church in the city of Haarlem. However, my passion for making delicious dishes was present from a young age, dreaming of becoming a chef in a Michelin starred restaurant.
