I am a professional chef with 9 years of experience. I started off in the Philippines and then moved to Helsinki. My professional background is with Western cuisine. However, as a home cook, I like to explore with Asian cuisine and I also like to bake pastries and bread. I have experience in fine dining, catering, buffets, a la carte, and casual setups.
