I'm passionate about cooking: still love it and love testing new recipes and cuisines.
I have been cooking for over 25 years now and I still love it. Over the years I have worked in many different kinds of restaurants in Finland and in France, Belgium, Austria and Jersey Island as well. I have been on cruise ship, a la carte restaurants and I have experience from large school kitchens also. Besides cooking, I love baking as well. I eat everything myself and my philosphy is that variety is good and you shouldn't be too strict. But I love healthy things: I'm really good at making vegetarian and vegan food and I make really good raw cakes. I love spices and I'm good at making different types of cuisines (for example indian, thai, middle eastern, italian), but since I have lived in Lapland for a long time, I know how to make good lappish dishes as well and of course finnish food as well.
