On the day of the service, the Chef will buy the ingredients, cook them at home, carry out the table service and clean up before leaving, so that you can relax and enjoy

We had a wonderful experience working with Regina. Every part of the process was enjoyable, fun and delicious. It was hard to select the final menu because there were so many great options, and when we tasted everything on the big night, it truly exceeded all of our expectations. When we debriefed the following morning, there were so many different dishes (ceviche tuna, artichoke, steak tartare, pork ribs etc) that people in our group identified as their favorite. I can't think of a better compliment for the chef. It was also such a pleasure to coordinate the evening with Regina - she's very thoughtful, warm and incredibly talented. The kitchen at the end of the night was pristine and it was definitely a top highlight of our trip to Valencia. I can't recommend Regina more highly!

Chef Antonio was absolutely incredible! He surprised my parents and aunts and uncles with a gourmet intro to Spanish cuisine for six. They were completely charmed and thrilled with the meal! Mom shared that "Antonio is lovely ????" and my aunt said "That was absolutely incredible. Not sure we will ever eat that good again!!!" Chef Antonio was responsive while we were planning the surprise (especially across continents) and so warm, kind and professional. And the food reviews were off the charts. Thank you so much, Chef! We would absolutely recommend Chef Antonio to anyone and everyone!

Hoy ha estado en casa el Chef Roger Julián. Nos ha preparado el menú de arroces. El menú consta de dos entrantes, un primero, un arroz meloso y dos postres. La comida ha sido deliciosa. La profesionalidad del chef, la atención, la seriedad en la realización de los platos son encomiables. Hemos quedado muy satisfechos.
