Hernan is as incredible good and qualified chef. I was so positively surprised, he outperformed all our expectations. Not that i want to make this sound as an exaggeration but he really thought of everything and the food quality was a 10. We increased the number of attendants very last minute and he adapted by bringing a bit of extra help. He also brought additional glasses which we did not have enough of. *or anything we would have needed if we would have asked. I would recommend him to anyone for preparing a good Argentinian BBQ or a beautiful brunch. Ceviche and the tortilla are a must!! Thank you Hernan and Co. Looking fw to see you next year again.

Catalina prepared and served an excellent dinner for my mom's 70th birthday in Javea. We were 10 adults and 10 children, and everyone loved the food. Communications was quick and easy from start, and she left everything clean and shiny. We started off with Catalina's amazing sangria, then had many delicious tapas and then the main dish and dessert. Everyone enjoyed Catalina's good mood, smile and food, would definitely recommend.
