Chef Rafa is truly a gem!! My husband and I hired him for a night for our honeymoon. He and his assistant went out of their way to make it as romantic and relaxing as possible. This by far has been my favorite experience of Mallorca. Chef Rafa was professional, clean, timely, and when I requested to not know the menu and be completely surprised he was more than accommodating. The food was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The presentation was also stunning. I took a million pictures. He gave a thorough explanation of every dish, and what inspired each dish. If I could have him as my personal chef in my home for life I would without hesitation. Phenomenal experience! I couldn’t recommend enough

Nuestra experiencia con Juan Carlos ha sido excelente, nos mandó una propuesta de menú muy interesante desde el principio, se preocupó en modificar aquellas cosas que le pedimos y en cuidar la preparación de la comida los días previos para que estuviese todo controlado. La comida fue extraordinaria, los platos estaban deliciosos y su trato fue en todo momento cercano y profesional. Sin duda volveríamos a repetir con él la experiencia y recomendamos su cocina 100%.
