Get to know me better
I have been a professional chef for 20 years, 15 of which on private yachts. I am Belgian.
I studied to become a professional chef in Belgium, and i worked there in Gastronomic restaurants, and hotels, as well as a catering hall, before leaving to work on private yachts. This has enabled me to cater for the rich and famous with little margin of error. It also taught me a very wide variety of cuisines and cooking techniques from all over the world. I have been doing this for the past 15 years, and i pride myself on being able to cater for the most discerned of palets.
