I was raised by two phenomenal abuela cooks in Mexico City, who instilled in me the passion for cooking as an incredible way to captivate the hearts of our loved ones. Growing up in Mexico taught me to combine fresh, basic ingredients to create culinary wonders expertly.

Taking my Mexican culinary expertise to Canada, I thrived for 25 years, opening two highly successful restaurants and launching my line of authentic Mexican products. My role as a culinary ambassador, coupled with my family's unwavering support, has led me to Europe, where I am excited to share my expertise and creativity with a new audience.
