Influenced by my mother and grandmother, I've always felt cooking as an act of love which in return can produce magic so pure to enchant the soul.
My passion for cooking started from a young age.
I am counting over 18 years in my professional journey, which has taken a transformative turn since 2016 when my focus shifted toward whole foods and a plant-based diet.
As an ever-evolving individual, I am constantly curious about emerging studies and the incredible health benefits that a plant-based diet offers.
My mission is to craft dishes that nurture the body, honor Mother Earth, and uplift the soul. My dishes are nutrient-dense and meticulously designed to enhance nutrient absorption. They celebrate seasonal and local ingredients, prioritizing zero-waste and sustainability. Above all, I pay meticulous attention to flavors and spice profiles to provide an elevated culinary experience.
Being a world traveler gave me the opportunity to taste plant-based dishes in over 25 countries and in some of the highest-rated restaurants.
