I cook to feed, always exploring new ways to reach my guests through my work.

I am a professional chef with more than 12 years of experience in the field. I studied the craft at the Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo in Porto, city where I took my first steps inside the kitchen. I have since been working in luxury hospitality properties from Barcelona to London, and back to Spain.
