Coming from a foodie background, I’ve been dedicated to my passion for cooking & sailing my whole professional career and have a holistic & efficient approach to cooking great food. Brought up with a huge respect for quality ingredients on a Mediterranean island my cooking style is highly influenced by our neighboring countries & contemporary cuisine as well as health forward eating. I am cleaned, organised & efficient in the galley. My cooking knowledge can be considered at the very least equal to anything I could have attained in culinary school. I am proficient in many different disciplines including but not limited to; Pasta, Pastry, Bread, Braising, Butchery, Grilling(open fire bbq), mother sauces & variations, French desserts, Contemporary Tapas, Contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, vegan cuisine, low carb & low sugar diets.
