Food has always been a central part of my life from my early teens. Since then I've been passionated about the science, craftsmanship, art, economics and social implications of food and gastronomy. This journey has taken me to study in one of the most prestigious Gastronomy universities of the world (Basque Culinary Center), acquire solid culinary skills by working intensively in Michelin Star restaurants and work thoughtfully in food research and innovation.
