After years of traveling around the world (56 countries and counting!), developing my palate and discovering incredible food, I became a SuperYacht Chef. - I currently work on 120meters yacht.

I deeply love my job as it allows me to make a real impact on the people who surround me.

I see food has holistically powerful on our body, mind and soul.

With an engaging and most positive attitude, I want to transmit my passion for food and its wholesome influence, with delicious meals.

Roberta cooked for us on Christmas Day 2020 and the experience was unforgettable. The quality, quantity, presentation and taste of the food was impeccable. Roberta was meticulous in the preparation of the dishes and her explanations were clear and thorough giving us all a clear understanding of the dishes and the provenance of the ingredients. I was frankly astonished by the gastronomic flair she displayed in our basic kitchen. I highly recommend her services and thank her again for making our day such a memorable occasion.
