Young chef eager to face new challenges, respectful of the ingredients and traditions but ready to discover them in new ways
I'm an Italian chef specialised in pastas, risottos and seafood. My dream is to one day open a restaurant with my beautiful wife and put to the final test my skills and experiences. My experience is mostly related, but not limited, to small restaurants with a finer type of cuisine, always taking extra care of the customers and trying to come up with different ways to reuse ingredients to the most. Currently in Spain trying to learn a new cuisine and culture.
