Hello, my name is Raphaela, I'm Brazilian, and I lived in London for 5 years, where I started working in the kitchen and discovered my great passion for cooking and gastronomy.

I am vegan and I believe that plant based food is a great form of activism/revolution to save the world in all aspects, politically, economically and ecologically. That's why I've been studying this cuisine and my mission is to take plant-based food around the world and with other vegan chefs, elevating plant-based cuisine to gastronomy , but at the same time that it is accessible to everyone.
