Fluent in three languages; my approach to leadership is to be elbow by elbow right in front of the stove mentoring your brigade from the front.
Extensive exposure in kitchens that cater to the up-scale market specially within private families and private villas and yachts but also experience as part of the mid management staff within hotels and restaurants in the luxury style of life
