Cooking has always been a staple in my life. Growing up in Lima, Peru I was surrounded by a large family who spent most of their time in the kitchen preparing homemade foods and telling stories. After getting my major in Social Psychology, I went to culinary school to become a Chef. There, I finally had the space to pursue my true calling.
