I love to prepare delicious foods with passion, determination and creativity.
I was born on the isle of Sardinia, where food and family is the core of Italian culture. From an early age I was taught how to cook in the kitchen. I learned how to prep, to build a wood fire, roast lamb on a spit, grill fresh vegetables.
Cooking is in my blood. I grew up surrounded by organic, locally sourced ingredients, long before farm-to-table became the staple we prefer today.
In my 30 years carrier I worked and trained all over the world, from Italy, England, Bali to Miami. In the last five years I’ve been focussing on private dining and yacht charters in the United States
