Chef At Home In OsunaMy passion for cuisine began in my childhood. Although I was not permitted to cook independently until the age of twelve, my interest in the culinary arts has been ever-present. Since then, I have consistently explored the possibilities within my kitchen, experimenting with various ingredients and dishes.
This enthusiasm led me to pursue a professional culinary career. I gained valuable experience working in numerous Mediterranean restaurants, where I honed my skills in preparing a wide variety of dishes. Destiny then brought me to London, where I embarked on a new culinary adventure – the art of sushi making. Under the guidance of skilled Japanese and Brazilian chefs, I deepened my knowledge and appreciation for this intricate culinary tradition.
Upon returning to Spain, I decided to translate my newfound expertise into a business venture. I established my own takeaway sushi restaurant, offering customers a taste of my culinary journey. Driven by a desire for continued growth, I have chosen to participate on this platform…
