I'm a chef with more then 20 years of experience, from different kinds of kitchens to catering for 6 up to 1200 people.
I've started my own "freelance" career here in the south of Spain after working in Spain for 1,5 years.
I am from Holland where besides working as a chef I also gave cooking classes for adults as well as for children.
