I have worked in restaurants and as Personal Chef in many countries around the world, since 2006 I'm based in the Balearic Islands, Ibiza and Mallorca where I have been working as a private Chef since 2011. We engaged Mike to do 3 dinners for us, including a celebration for my wife’s 40th birthday. It was the first time we had engaged a chef to cook for us on holiday, but the experience Mike gave us was excellent! He agreed the menus in advance, arrived on time, was very organised and cheerful and quietly went about preparing everything. The food was beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious especially the tapas menu which came with course after course of temptation! Thank you Mike!
