I am a professional chef with 28 years of experience. I studied hospitality in school in Sweden.
I have been working mostly in Stockholm, Sweden, but also in England, the Phillippines, Guadeloupe and now in Palma de Mallorca.
I am a positive, happy man with a family, we have 3 kids, me and my fiancé.
