Being a chef has given me the opportunity to travel and use my creativity and passion cooking through out the world.
I am a professional chef with over 19years
experience. Starting from dish washer,
baker, apprentice to chef.
My passion for hospitality has let me work
around the world. I have had the
opportunity to work in 3, 2 and 1 Michelin
Star restaurants, 5 star hotels, private chef,
catering, banquets and event centres. I have
managed and directed restaurants, catering
operations and my own business.
