Originally from the Philippines, worked in the multi-media industry then studied culinary and worked in an izakaya restaurant. I love Japanese food.
my professional background is in the Multimedia industry as a Production and Creatives director, photographer and Editor but I'm also a cook, I have professional experience in Japanese cuisine from my time in a modern izakaya restaurant that serves 8 course meal paired with original and inspired cocktails. Food has always the center of my passion, I see the kitchen as shared a similarity with a production set The director as the chef and the knife as the editing tool, the hot stove and burning flame as my coloring tools, and the plate as my silverscreen and ingredients as my actors that plays the scene for the audience to experience.
