My passion for food began at a young age. I quickly discovered not only a passion for cooking but also an enthusiasm for quality and enjoyment. "Family, friends, and good food" have been important to me since childhood to get everyone around one table. I have been working in restaurants since I was 17 years old and studied at one of the best culinary schools in the country, namely "my mother's," as well as cooked in several great restaurants at the highest level in the world, which are listed in Michelin and Gault Millau, among others. After over 25 years of experience in the catering industry and as a private chef, I have cooked for renowned companies, events, and private gatherings. This experience is reflected in my style time and again, without losing sight of the fundamentals such as freshness, sustainability, and regional products.
