Creating homemade and tasty dishes lovingly created using the abundance of the freshest, most beautiful locally grown ingredients from the island .

I am a classic French trained chef who studied/worked in Oxford in a French restaurant. After working in Oxford in restaurants/Hotels & the University moved to London to work for 20 years. Then I moved to Bologna the food capital of Italy. Living and working in Italy as a chef I have gained lots of experience. I am a qualified pizza chef learning in the pizza academy in Bologna Italy. I have been running my own business here in Ibiza for 10 years now.
