Private Chef In BarcelonaMy name is Manuel Alberto Felix Dias, I’m 32 years old, born in Portugal. My passion in life and what truly gives me a great pleasure is to provide a multisensory experience to people through the food I make. Eating is much more than a human physiological need, so it is increasingly important to deepen and cross knowledge of gastronomy with other sciences. As a Chef my goal is to constantly expand my culinary knowledge to be a better cook and provide a satisfying experience to my customers.
I studied Cookery and food production Degree and Postgraduate Innovation in Culinary Arts Master in ESHTE- School of Hospitality and Tourism Estoril, PORTUGAL.
I worked in many different restaurants such as Belcanto (Two Michelin Stars) in Portugal, Osteria Francescana (Three Michelin Stars) in Italy, Parkheuvel (Two Michelin Stars) in The Netherlands, in a fine dinning restaurant De Provenier in Rotterdam as a Sous Chef, in a Vegan Restaurant Flower Burger in Rotterdam as a Chef, as a private Chef in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and my last job was as a European Chef for Viking Cruses.
