I am a professional chef, who trained at Le Cordon Bleu and have since worked in 2 michelin starred restaurants in london. I am moving to Barcelona in April with a passion and love for food, wanting to cook privately for others and showcase my skills. I love Modern European, Italian, Spanish, Thai food and am often creating fusion dishes exploring amazing flavours on the plate.
