I am a 12 years experienced cook from Italy. Was studying at cooking school in my hometown but spent all the last 10 years travelling around Europe and always working as a cook or cookin helper, learning new recepices and descovering new flavours.
I am (how they use to say in Italy) cooking with a lot of love, and you will taste it!
I try to mix the old tradictional recipes of Italy with the new style kitchen.

Fresh bio vegetbles of the season and only the best cuts of the animals. Quality spices and so on... No weird cane products allowed in my kitchen!
